Are you an experienced Sales Professional with a background in Government or Military contracts, looking to step into a high-impact, international role with a market-leading engineering technology company?

This industry-leading manufacturer provide security detection and identification solutions, supporting customers in customs, border protection, law enforcement, the military, and emergency services. With state-of-the-art facilities in the UK and US, and over two decades of excellence, they continue to grow rapidly, driven by innovation and strong commercial leadership.

In this pivotal role, you will lead sales strategy across Europe, working closely with government and military clients to position this company's world-class solutions. You'll manage the full sales lifecycle-from developing customer roadmaps and crafting tailored proposals, to leading high-value contract negotiations. This is a dynamic, travel-based role offering fantastic autonomy and significant long-term career progression.

This exciting position is ideal for a Sales Manager or Business Development professional with experience in international sales, particularly within the CBRN or defence sector, looking to advance their career at a growing global engineering technology leader.

The Role:

Develop and execute sales strategies across Europe

Lead bids, proposals and contract negotiations

Build relationships with government and military clients

Regular international travel to customer sites and industry events

Private Healthcare and Commission Bonus Structure

The Person:

Sales experience with managing high-value contracts

Engineering, Aerospace, Defense or Military Background ideal

Experience with managing complex bids and proposals
