A leading Manufacturing business in the West Midlands are looking for an internal Sales Executive who is actively looking to join a progressive and flourishing team in their busy Sales Office. The Account Manager would ideally have a proven background in Sales within an Engineering/Manufacturing environment. The business have experienced considerable growth and have shifted from a £12m to a £20m turnover business. You will be coming on to a warm desk with alot of business to go at and develop further. 

Role: Sales Executive
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission
Location: West Midlands (Commutable - Birmingham, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall) 

Responsibilities for Sales Executive

Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Landing & expanding existing customers whilst building your own pipeline
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
Qualifications for Sales Executive

Proven track record of success in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment (ideally)
Strong collaborative approach and a strong Sales process that you can apply to the role 
Patience and ability to communicate with businesses in foreign countries. (Benelux region) 
Experience/ability to work in a fast paced sales environment 
Strong communicator who is comfortable with speaking to senior stakeholders internally and externally 
Solid work ethic with both Account Management and developing New Business Leads.  
You will be working within a vibrant multi-cultural sales office who have a strong work ethic & focus heavily on a nurturing and supportive environment. You will be coming into a warm desk and will inherit existing accounts but you will be a rounded Sales Executive with the skills to bring new customers into the business.
