Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Internal Account Manager to join the team.

As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for full 360° account management, ensuring excellent customer relationships and business growth. Your main responsibilities will include:

Outbound calls to engage new customers.
Reactivating dormant accounts and maximizing their potential.
Nurturing and growing existing accounts to increase their spend.
Holding consultative conversations with engineers, offering tailored solutions.
Working in a relationship-driven sales environment-this is not a high-pressure sales role.Requirements

Experience in sales, account management, or customer relations.
Ability to hold technical, consultative conversations.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
An engineering background is preferred but not essential-full training provided.
