An Inside Sales position is available in East Grinstead, working with board-level electronic components. This role involves B2B sales and customer management, with a strong focus on quoting, order processing, and maintaining accurate sales records. Candidates should have a background in industrial, automotive, or aerospace parts sales ideally and be confident working with part numbers and profit margins. The position is office-based for the first six months due to training requirements, with a flexible hybrid option offered afterwards. Role Overview

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries via the inbox.

  • Assess market values and develop quotes accordingly.

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Liaise with the US warehouse to coordinate stock and dispatch.

  • Maintain clear, professional communication with customers.

  • Review and manage customer orders, including changes and concessions.

  • Meet team KPIs using CRM systems.

  • Contribute to team meetings and maintain compliance with quality standards.

  • Support team members and contribute to overall business success.

    Experience & Skills Required

    The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Previous B2B sales experience in industrial, automotive, or aerospace sectors.

  • Strong understanding of margins, pricing, and part numbers.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

  • Experience using CRM platforms and order processing tools.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
