The company offer a great work environment and supply into a huge variety of automotive OEM'sKey Responsibilities – Injection Moulding SetterComplete TPM level 1 for safety checks on equipment within the cellEnsure all PPE is available and being used within the cell at all timesEnsure 5s+P standards are adhered to within the cellCreate 1st off moulding for each start up according to process control requirements and start up procedureConfirm product quality at required frequency as per control plan requirementsComplete tool changes requested by the production plan following SQD requirementsManage performance of the cell every 2 hours OEE, Performance, Quality, DowntimeMonitor the use of the Maier quality system within your area (Scrap segregation, standard work, Escalation, etc)Actively participate and lead where appropriate Level 1 meetings to identify and resolve production issuesParticipate in problem solving activities to solve customer concerns or rectify internal non-conformances.Participate in lean manufacturing improvements (SMED, 5s+P, TPM)Q
