Role Description

Working with and guiding a team of 3 injection moulding setters, assisting with training and support.
Setting up and operating a range of thermoset and injection moulding machines
Perform mould changes and set ups as required within scheduled mould change timeframes utilizing in-process and setup sheets
Troubleshoot mould problems, develop root cause and provide a quick permanent corrective action. Perform minor maintenance repair if needed.
Working with continuous improvement principles at the forefront of production

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in an injection moulding role working with engineering thermal plastics
Automotive, Aerospace or similar background
Team Leader experience
Ability to work independentlyCompany Information
