Industrial Paint Sprayer **

Contract/Temp opportunity

Blackburn / Lancashire

£14.00 - £15.00p/h DOE + OT (PAYE or UMBRELLA – inside IR35)

3-month contract, likely extension/on-going/temp-to-perm opportunity

Aerospace / manufacture / Paint Sprayer / High precision

I am working with a key manufacturing client in the Blackburn, Lancashire area who are looking for Industrial Paint Sprayers, to work on the composite and aluminium bodies & assemblies within the aerospace sector.

For the position of Paint Sprayer, you will require to conduct the following duties:

Prepare and paint aircraft components
Clean and degrease parts using specified cleaning solutions
Sand blast component parts as needed to prepare for painting
Paint component parts using industrial painting tools, materials, and equipment
Route components to the next stage
Usage of Master Processes, Work Instruction Sheet (WIS) and the completion of job pack sign off documentation
Working with composite material and aluminium
Work to production plans and timescales, communication to Team Leaders etc
The successful Paint Sprayer will need to have the following attributes:

Ideally NVQ L2 in industrial/manufacturing related sectors
A proven paint sprayer
A strong team player
Experience within a high precision manufacturing environment
Strong communication skills, with a keen eye for Health, Safety and Quality.

Day shift working Monday to Thursday, plus Overtime (T1.5 & T2) on Fridays & weekends etc.
