This role is on a contract basis and is hybrid based.

Location: Filton (preferred) or Broughton, UK
Onsite Requirement: 60% minimum
Hours: 35 hours per week, 4.5 days (flexible hours)
Travel: Quarterly visits to other UK sites
Rate: Up to £38.00 per hour Umbrella / £28.73 per hour PAYE

This client is deeply involved in advancing aerospace technology and high-performance manufacturing, with a strong focus on workforce development and employee relations.

The Role:

This role is for a dynamic Senior HR Advisor who will be working within the Social Policy and Industrial Relations team, where you will provide expert advice on legal and policy matters, with a focus on employment law and its implementation within the organisation.

You'll be responsible for:

Provide advice on legal issues and policies related to employment law.
Manage stakeholder relationships across various business functions.
Contribute to policy writing and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Offer guidance on the implementation of employment law across the organisation.

The Individual

We're looking for people who can show:

CIPD Level 5 qualified or possess a legal qualification.
A minimum of 5 years' HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
Strong understanding of employment law, with the ability to implement this in practice.
Experience in stakeholder management and policy writing.
