As Health, Safety and Facilities Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Developing, implementing and maintaining occupational health and safety management systems (OHSMS) in compliance with UK legislation and ISO 45001.
Leading risk assessments, accident investigations and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Championing a proactive safety culture through training, toolbox talks and initiatives.
Ensuring regulatory compliance and liaising with external bodies (HSE, local authorities, etc.).
Overseeing internal and external audits to meet and exceed ISO14001 and ISO45001 accreditations.
As Health, Safety and Facilities Manager, your experience will include:

Significant experience in a Health & Safety leadership role within aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering.
In-depth knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental regulations.
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) preferred.
Strong facilities management experience, including compliance with building and environmental regulations.
Proven track record in driving cultural change and continuous improvement in HSE.
Experience managing budgets and leading facility-related projects.
