Duration: 6 months with potential to be extended
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £41.00 - £46.78 per hour PAYE
Hours: 37 per weekKey Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Own the execution of the long-term quality strategy (3+ years) while also managing tactical and operational plans focused on achieving short to medium-term results (less than 1-2 years).
Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of experienced professionals, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Problem Solving: Tackle complex challenges by gathering detailed information, analysing issues, and leveraging past experiences to develop effective solutions.
Influence and Communicate: Engage with stakeholders both within and outside the organization, influencing policies, practices, and procedures to enhance quality outcomes.
Operational Excellence: Develop and implement tactical actions and operational plans to align with the functional strategy and drive performance improvements.
Budget Accountability: Manage elements of the budget and ensure optimal resource allocation to achieve quality objectives.What We're Looking For:

Experience: Relevant experience in quality management within the Aerospace industry, or an Advanced Degree with practical experience.
Educational Background: A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is preferred.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to navigate undefined challenges across multiple sites and products.
