We're Hiring: Head of Avionics – Exciting Opportunity at Sywell Aerodrome, Northampton 🚀

Volantes Recruitment is partnering with an outstanding client to find a Head of Avionics to join their growing team at Sywell Aerodrome. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a varied fleet of VIP and Air Ambulance aircraft, including the AW109 and AW169 variants, based at the heart of their heavy maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Lead a skilled team of Avionics Engineers
✨ Supervise B2 maintenance activities
✨ Carry out and certify aircraft maintenance tasks
✨ Handle Line maintenance and defect rectification
✨ Champion safety and quality standards across the department

What We’re Looking For:

🔧 UK CAA B2 licence
🔧 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
🔧 AW109 and/or AW169 type ratings (preferable)
