About the Role:

This role involves hands-on work producing high-performance composite parts using traditional wet lay-up techniques. You'll work on a range of exciting projects across sectors such as automotive, marine, aerospace, and more.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare molds and materials for wet lay-up

*

Accurately measure, cut, and apply reinforcement fabrics

*

Mix and apply resins with consistency and care

*

Ensure high-quality lamination and attention to fine detail

*

Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards

*

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

What We’re Looking For:

*

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in wet lay-up laminating

*

Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity

*

Ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions

*

Familiarity with composite materials such as fiberglass and carbon fiber

*

A proactive, reliable team player with a strong work ethic
