Your new role
The Group Financial Accountant role represents the opportunity to join my clients Group Finance team and gain broad exposure across group financial accounting, tax, treasury and systems. This role offers valuable experience to a technically astute individual with experience ofplex consolidations and IFRS technical accounting. This role also offers the possibility to get involved in the moremercial aspects of finance, including providing insight on central costs and group performance, whilst working within a motivated and up-beat team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Graduate qualified accountant with strong IFRS technical background (1-2 years post-qual preferred)
•Considerable experience owning the preparation or audit of consolidations
• Demonstrable skill at providing technical IFRS accounting advice
• Hands-on tax experience is an asset
• Adept at stakeholder management andmunication (both written and verbal)
• Experience within / auditing private-equity backed businesses is desirable
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of themercial aspects of the business; experience of the Aerospace industry is desirable
