Due to steady growth, within a growing and global industry, our client now seeks technically strong and motivated Sales Support Engineer to join the team, working closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) across our specific product lines. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering graduate to kick start their career, or a candidate already working within a technical role supporting clients and internal growth. Key Responsibilities include supporting the BDM in all aspects, work cross-functionally with departments including Production, Sales and Engineering. You will provide technical assistance to customers, helping them understand their products, troubleshoot issues and resolve any faults. You will also communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and you will play a key role in pre and post-sales support, to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to sales success.
