Geo-Environmental to Senior Consultant – Flexible Working – Manchester

Our client is currently seeking a talented individual to join their team and lead the growth of the Manchester division. With offices in Manchester and Birmingham and team members across these regions, they are eager to expand their presence in the North West. This is a fantastic chance for someone who is excited about taking on new challenges and being instrumental in the team’s success. The projects span across commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure sectors, working with prestigious clients such as the Ministry of Justice, British Aerospace, Sellafield, and Manchester United.

Key Details:

Role: The role includes environmental reporting, including contaminated land risk assessments, and geotechnical interpretive reporting, including foundation recommendations. Flexible Working Arrangements: Including the option to work from home. Balanced Workload: Approximately 70/30 home to site, with the ability to visit the office when needed. Diverse Range of Projects: Spanning various sectors, including Commercial, Residential, High-Rise Residential, Infrastructure, and interesting Industrial work such as Chemical Factories. Collaborative Opportunities: With the Civil and Structural Teams. Project Management: Involvement in managing smaller-scale projects, with input from start to finish. No Red Tape: Enjoy the freedom to make a real impact without the bureaucracy commonly found in large consultancies.

Salary and Benefits:

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1+ Years of Experience: As a Geo-Environmental Engineer. Proficiency: In both Environmental and Geotechnical skills. Strong Interpretive Reporting Skills: In areas such as contaminated land risk assessments and geotechnical analysis (foundation recommendations). Full UK Driving License.
