We are now looking for a Finance Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

    What the role involves

    As a Finance Assistant, you will support a range of essential financial tasks while learning from experienced team members.

    Under guidance, you’ll support accurate financial record-keeping, assist with payroll for part of the year, and help to ensure that our company follows the financial rules.

    You’ll also learn to manage processes such as sales invoicing, credit control, timesheet checking, and job costing and gain experience with employee onboarding processes, finance software updates, and reconciliation tasks.

    Additionally, you will:

  • Help process purchase orders and provide support across the finance team
  • Assist with year-end financial reporting and document collection
  • Learn to use systems like PDP, TASR, and TravelPerk

    Who we’re looking for

    To join us as a Finance Assistant, you will need:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to multitask
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving

    Experience in financial processes and accounting software would be an advantage, but full training will be provided!

    Please note, you will require the right to work in the UK. The successful candidate will also need to hold (or be eligible to gain) SC level security clearance.
