Our Team
Our finance department is part of our wider support team, which includes finance, quality, HR, and IT support. We’re a collaborative group of individuals who support the consultancy arm of our business.

The Role

  • Support the finance team in closing monthly accounts, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date, including processing purchase invoices and expenses, and accounts payable functions.

  • Process weekly timesheets and raise sales invoices.

  • Assist with credit control procedures.

  • Ensure sufficient cover on projects for invoicing procedures.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.

    Please note that all applicants must be able to obtain and/or maintain a valid security clearance.

    Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Sage 200 (beneficial)

  • Membership in a professional bookkeeping body (beneficial)

  • Experience managing business invoices

  • Ability to maintain and analyse financial records

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at various levels

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
