Position: Field Service Engineer (Marine Engines & Generators Offshore)

Rate/Salary: Up to £39,500 plus generous overtime and good company benefits.

The below job description will outline this position of Field Service Engineer

Typically, this person will work in the Marine and Offshore industries servicing, repairing, overhauling, installing or commissioning large marine diesel engines.

HSB Technical’s client is a very established and well-regarded business entity.

Duties and responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

You will: Attend customers vessels or platforms as a direct representative of the company with a n ultimate focus on servicing, repairing, overhauling, installing or commissioning large marine diesel engines or generators.

Clear and precise report writing

Ability to notify direct management on any further works that need to be completed

Prepare your jobs making sure any equipment, spare parts and documentation are ready

Ability to work with and manage other engineers on-site

Ideally, you will have engine, clutch, gearbox and ancillary equipment experience

Qualifications and requirement for the Field Service Engineer:

Driving Licence

Ability to exit and enter the UK freely

Medium and Highspeed Engine Experience

UK Passport Holder
