Monday to Thursday – 07:00 – 17:15, 39 hours per week (4-day work week)

THE BUSINESS
Our client is a well-established and reputable manufacturer specialising in precision-engineered components. Serving a range of sectors including Sub-sea, Oil and Gas, Rail, Marine, Furniture, Defence, and Aerospace, they are known for their dedication to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
THE ROLE
As a Fabricator, your responsibilities will include:
Fabricating components using various metals, including stainless steel and aluminium.
Interpreting and working from engineering drawings with precision.
Handling materials such as sections, plates, laser-cut, and machined components (1-30+ mm thick).
Performing quality checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Collaborating with production and engineering teams to maintain efficient workflows.
Following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will have:
Time-served Fabricator status with a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Fabrication or equivalent.
Proven experience working with a variety of metals, including stainless steel and aluminium.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Team player with effective communication skills.
Flexibility and a positive work ethic.
