Are you an Engineering Design Team Leader or Senior Engineer looking for a new Challenge in Cheshire?

Belcan then has the role for you!

Belcan are looking for an Experienced Senior Engineer who can supervise and develop their Team of Design Engineers and Mechanical Engineers with differing disciplines. This is based at the Belcan Office in Runcorn, on a Hybrid working model to support and mentor Graduates and colleagues.

The Team Leader will have a good general understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles used within a variety of harsh environments. This is to work on Power Generation equipment that needs a good understanding of packaging work, rules, processes and tools.

Education and Experience

Degree or HND in Engineering or related discipline.
Leadership experience in a related function(s). Preferably this should be in a managed service environment
Experienced in creating and forming flexible teams.
They will demonstrate a proficiency in the design and development of packaging systems, including piping, electrical, large fabrications, acoustic, ventilation/filtration and control systems.
The ability to define, manage and integrate complex systems such as electrical, mechanical, and software systems within packaging installations in a variety of environments (e.g., onshore, offshore, coastal, etc).
Proficient user of Teamcenter and NX, to provide both support and process approval to the engineering team.
