Location: We operate a flexible, hybrid working environment with the candidate required to travel to either our Winchester or London office twice a week.

    Role Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Broadcast Transmission Engineering Manager with a strong background in radio transmission (DAB/FM) and satellite distribution. This role requires a technical leader who can manage a team of engineers while also engaging with major broadcasters, ensuring the successful operation, maintenance, and delivery of broadcast transmission projects.

    Key Skills & Experience

    Essential:

  • Strong background in Broadcast Transmission Engineering (TV, radio, satellite).

  • Experience with DAB, FM, AM, RF transmission systems, and signal distribution.

  • Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement & client-facing communication skills.

  • Experience working with major broadcasters

    Desirable:

  • Knowledge of satellite distribution technologies (uplink/downlink).

  • Familiarity with playout systems, signal encoding, and transmission workflows.

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Broadcast Engineering (or equivalent experience).
