Responsibilities as the Engineering Manager; 

  • Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs and solutions.
  • Identify new design, manufacturing, and efficiency improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop a strategic product roadmap.
  • Partner with the test team to ensure new designs meet all specifications.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for projects and processes.
  • Improve testing and assembly procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Have a strong technical management background with proven leadership skills.
  • Be passionate, creative, and capable of solving complex problems.
  • Possess excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Have CAD experience, ideally with SolidWorks.
  • Have familiarity with RF/microwave connector design, cryogenic component design, or wire harness design (desirable but not essential).
