We need a leader who is not only technically proficient but also a visionary-someone who can challenge the status quo, inspire teams, and execute transformational change.

Essential Criteria:

Proven experience in Process / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering within the manufacturing sector.
Degree-qualified in Engineering.
A track record of delivering measurable improvements in manufacturing efficiency and performance in both an Engineering services and Engineering Projects bias position.
A charismatic and ambitious professional with a proactive, results-driven mindset.Desirable Experience:

Expertise in automation and digitalisation of plant assets.
Hands-on project management experience delivering complex engineering initiatives.
Working knowledge of Lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
