The Electronics Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of electronics engineers in the design, development, and implementation of advanced electronic systems for satellite applications. This position requires extensive experience in electronic engineering and proven leadership skills. The Electronics Team Lead will work closely with other engineering leaders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
The Electronics Team Lead will lead and mentor a team of electronics engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of electronic system projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and deadlines. The Electronics Team Lead will provide expert guidance on electronic system design, development, and testing, leveraging their deep technical knowledge. The Electronics Team Lead will drive continuous improvement in processes and technologies, staying ahead of industry trends and advancements. Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, with a focus on electronic systems. Extensive experience in electronic system development, including hardware and software integration. Strong ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.Offering up to £70,000 plus benefits.
