Job Title: Electrical Fitter

Location: Corby

Salary: £45,000

Contract: Permanent

Role Overview – Electrical Fitter

Our client who are a global leading in packaging solutions are on the lookout for an experience Electrical Fitter to join their team based in their Corby site. In this role, you will be responsible for providing breakdown cover to production lines ensuring consist levels of efficient production. The successful candidate will be required to work on a Panama shift pattern

Key Responsibilities – Electrical Fitter

Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to Health and Safety regulations and best practices.
Deliver exceptional maintenance and repair services to all production lines, including both electrical and mechanical.
Provide outstanding service and support to the operations team, fostering a customer-focused approach.
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing KPIs such as PPM compliance,
Utilize the CMM system to manage spares and maintenance records.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure systems are up-to-date and compliant.
Identify opportunities for improvement projects and support their implementation.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Assist with PPM schedules to minimize downtime.
Share expertise with colleagues through detailed records and effective shift handovers
Key Experience & Qualifications – Electrical Fitter

Apprentice trained or equivalent in a Electrical related discipline.
Experienced in working with various production equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, drives and PLC’s.
Strong understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
Proficient in computer use, including CMMS systems.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
If you are an Electrician, Electrical Technician, Electrical Fitter, Maintenance Fitter or Maintenance Technician you may be suitable for this role.
