Electrical Avionics Design Engineer


Location: Broughton, UK
Duration: Initial 6 months
Clearance: Live SC is essenitial for this post. Please only apply if you have active SC level Security Clearance.

This role offers the chance to lead and support complex systems integrations, ranging from avionics and mission equipment to RF systems and electrical power distribution. If you bring CVE-level expertise and a passion for delivering high-integrity engineering solutions, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading or supporting the certification and design of aircraft system modifications
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and certification bodies
  • Overseeing design lifecycles from concept to delivery
  • Engaging with customers and suppliers to drive technical solutions

What you'll need:

  • Strong background in avionics systems design and integration
  • Experience with civil or military certification processes (CVE desirable)
  • Knowledge of systems engineering principles
  • Eligibility for UK security clearance
