Job Title: Draughtsman

Location: Redhill

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a Draughtsman to join a global client. In this role you will be responsible for producing electrical and mechanical drawings

Role Responsibilities – Draughtsman   

Develop design concepts from first principles.
An ideal candidate for the Draughtsman role would have:

Completed apprenticeship, HND/HNC or equivalent
5 years of experience in electrical design is desirable.
Experience in electrical engineering environment for electrical installations (17th/18th edition)
Familiar with drawing standards (BS(Apply online only))
Familiar with technical standards for both EMC and LVD
Knowledge of electrical enclosure manufacturing technique
Ability to produce high quality drawings (2D and 3D) using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SEE, ETAP
Production of STEP files for transfer to customers/clients when required.
Must be able to achieve SC Clearance
