Are you an experienced recruitment professional who thrives on sourcing top talent and delivering exceptional results for clients? We're looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team and focus on account management and candidate sourcing for our prestigious US-based clients in the Aerospace and Defense sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Delivery Consultants or 360 Recruiters who want to transition into a role that emphasises account management and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting: Relentlessly pursue and identify top-tier talent using a variety of methods, including networking, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.

  • Account Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service, understanding their needs, and exceeding expectations.

  • Problem Solving: Tackle hard-to-source vacancies with a proactive and solution-driven mindset, ensuring no challenge is too big to overcome.

  • Client Collaboration: Act as the go-to expert for your clients, providing insights and updates on market trends, sourcing strategies, and candidate pipelines.

  • Process Excellence: Ensure a seamless candidate experience, from sourcing to onboarding, by maintaining attention to detail and effective communication.
