About the job you're considering

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a dedicated, passionate Delivery Manager to join our civil aerospace delivery team. We seek an individual with experience in the Civil Aerospace Domain, who has a strong desire for career advancement and the ability to prioritize our customers' needs in delivery.

Hybrid working:Your work location will vary between Company offices, client sites, and your home, based on your role, needs, and business requirements. Please note, working from home 100% of the time is not available.

Your Role

Reporting to the Delivery Executive, you will oversee all aspects of delivery within your aerospace account to ensure a positive customer experience and performance control. Responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with Client Partners to align Capgemini services with customer expectations and promote new and existing services.
  2. Building strong customer relationships and demonstrating customer satisfaction.
  3. Driving delivery-led selling of Capgemini capabilities across accounts.
  4. Meeting financial and non-financial targets, including profitability initiatives and transformations.

Your skills and experience

  • Managing a diverse engagement team and portfolio of engagements.
  • Optimizing delivery performance through various levers.
  • Managing engagement distribution and balancing commitments.
  • Handling financial management tasks such as revenue reporting, profitability tracking, invoicing, client management, risk and opportunity management, bidding, and proposal writing.
  • Forecasting and managing capacity and skills for current and future engagements.
