Finishing Shop Operator is urgently needed for a lead manufacturing company based in Aldershot. Are you hands-on, detail-focused, and looking for a long-term role with excellent training and career growth?

This is a Permanent role with long-term stability to perform deburring processes including fettling and polishing and operating machinery that will grind, smooth and buff the parts, conducting visual inspections to ensure that all requirements from the technical drawings are being followed.

Full training will be provided and you will be part of a supportive team within a tidy, clean and very organised environment.

Relocation package is offered for the right candidate!

Working hours: Day Shift (Monday to Friday 6:30-15:15, Fri 6:00-13:00)

What You'll Be Doing:

Precision deburring, polishing, fettling, and finishing of aerospace parts (training provided)
Operating grinding and smoothing machinery to ensure parts meet drawings & specifications
Performing visual inspections to uphold strict aerospace quality standards
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Collaborating with your team to meet production goals and support smooth operations Essential requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment (some noise typical of production settings)
Keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a specialist field
