If yes, we would love to hear from you! Our client in Milton Keynes are looking for a Customer Service Advisor.
The Customer Service Advisor interacts with customers via phone and email to provide pricing quotes, enter sales orders, and respond to other customer enquiries. Candidates must be enthusiastic, thoughtful listener and dedicated team player with the desire to grow and succeed.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
Primary contact for customer service requirements. Handle sales enquiries, orders and customer communications. Pricing stock inventory items as well as cut to size parts. Accurately entering quote/order information into the computer system. Perform outcalls to develop orders. Sourcing non-stock (buyout) items to fulfill customer’s requirements. Communication with customer throughout the order fulfillment process. Expedite and trace customer orders. Maintaining positive relationships with established customers. Communication with management and other employees to facilitate customer satisfaction and further sales. Aware of sourcing alternatives – mill lead times in the purchasing of stock and non-stock items.
Customer Service Advisor Skills:
Customer Service Experience Experience in managing customer accounts Experience in sales admin Distribution, manufacturing, aerospace or aviation background desirable but not essential Excellent communication Enthusiastic Team Player Willing to learn
