Customer Care Advisor

Our client, a leading company in the aerospace airline and operations sector, is currently seeking a data-driven and customer-focused CRM Specialist on a contract basis.

You will join a dynamic marketing team, leveraging your expertise in CRM and Braze to craft and deliver personalized, timely, and relevant multi-channel communications to millions of customers.

Your role will be critical in driving engagement, loyalty, and revenue within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and execute targeted CRM campaigns using Braze across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital, Commercial, and Data Analytics to shape customer journeys that enhance the end-to-end travel experience.

Develop and maintain dynamic segmentation strategies that ensure relevant, personalized communication.

Optimize campaign performance through rigorous A/B testing, data analysis, and reporting on key KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and customer lifetime value.

Maintain high data quality and compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.

Identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and behavioral targeting to improve customer lifecycle marketing.

About You:

Experience working with Braze as a primary CRM platform.

Strong understanding of CRM best practices across email, mobile, and digital channels.

Comfortable handling customer data and segmentation, with a good grasp of database marketing.

Proficient in campaign performance analysis, using insights to drive continual improvement.

Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume B2C environments (ideally travel, leisure, or eCommerce sectors).

Excellent collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Desirable:

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing.

Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategy.

Exposure to tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or other BI platforms
