Are you a strong sales leader ready to build and lead a high-performing international team in the aerospace sector?

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the APAC sales strategy and drive growth across some of the world’s most dynamic markets. You'll step into a leadership role with direct influence over people, performance, and profits—while working with some of the most recognised OEMs in aerospace.

This role offers the scope to grow an existing team, secure high-value business, and deliver results at board level—remotely, but with regular international travel.

Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager – APAC Region
Location: Remote / Hybrid role with overseas travel to Malaysia, China, and India for 3–4 weeks every quarter. UK offices available to work from in Birmingham and Bristol.
Remuneration: Up to £70,000 per year (depending on experience) + £6,000 per year car allowance + a tailored commission structure with realistic £100K+ per year earnings achievable.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a strategic commercial plan across the APAC region focused on growth, client satisfaction, and profitability.

Lead and grow a multi-country team consisting of office-based order processors, account managers and field representatives. The largest team is currently based in Malaysia, but you will also be leading employees in China, India, and UK.

Take full ownership of team development, with immediate recruitment needs in several regions.

Manage and grow key accounts within the aerospace sector, supporting OEM clients with responsive, commercially savvy service.

Attend and lead new business meetings, working closely with stakeholders to convert high-value opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Engage confidently at senior and boardroom level—navigating a demanding client base with professionalism and strategic insight.

Representing the company at international trade events and client sites, building long-term regional relationships.

Travel across the APAC region for approximately 3–4 weeks per quarter.
What We’re Looking For:

A proven B2B sales leader with experience managing remote, multicultural teams across multiple territories.

Industry knowledge in aerospace or metals is a strong advantage.

Strong leadership presence and the ability to inspire, direct, and grow international teams.

Comfortable working with high-value, high-expectation OEM clients at board level.

Skilled in both new business development and strategic account management.

Highly organised, commercially aware, and results driven.

Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required.
