Composite Laminator x2
Location: Near Stevenage

We are currently looking for Composite Laminators (x2) to join a dynamic and growing team specialising in the design and manufacture of custom materials for highly regulated industries. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision manufacturing.

This division is expanding rapidly and places a strong emphasis on team fit and long-term development, offering full product and process training.

Composite Laminator x2
Essential Requirements / Experience:
· 1–2 years' experience in a similar engineering or manufacturing role
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Experience with composite processes such as kitting, layup, bagging, and de-bagging
· Comfortable working from engineering drawings and build instructions
· A friendly, easy-going personality to complement a close-knit team

Salary and Benefits:
· Permanent: £30,000 – £34,000 per annum + extensive overtime
· Excellent pension scheme
· Plenty of overtime available

Composite Laminator x2

The Role:
· Carrying out a variety of composite tasks including tool preparation, kitting, layup, bagging and de-bagging
· Working to engineering drawings and detailed build instructions
· Following build sequences with minimal supervision
· Supporting wider team goals in a collaborative and quality-focused environment
· Helping deliver high-quality components used in aerospace, defence, and other specialist sectors
