We are looking for highly skilled Composite Fitters to join a leading motorsport team on a long-term contract.

We have a position on week nights and a position on the weekend days from Saturday to Monday.

This role involves the precise fitting and assembly of composite components, ensuring they meet the highest standards required in Formula 1.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fitting within a high-performance engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Fitting and bonding of composite components to tight tolerances

  • Trimming, drilling, and assembling carbon fibre parts using jigs and fixtures

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and build manuals

  • Working closely with engineers and build technicians to ensure correct fit and finish

  • Performing quality checks and rework as necessary

  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area

    Requirements:

  • Previous experience in F1, motorsport, or aerospace composite fitting

  • Strong understanding of composite materials and bonding techniques

  • Ability to work night shifts and weekend days

  • Excellent hand skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with health and safety procedures in a workshop environment
