Are you a compliance manager, with experience in a manufacturing setting, looking to join a leading company that offers a 10% annual bonus and an enhanced holiday package?

This company was established over five decades ago and since then has grown to employ over 1200 people globally. Supplying primarily into the aerospace and defense industries, the company manufactures high performance cable assemblies with quality as their centre focus.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality standards are maintained in all aspects of the production and testing. You will need to implement continuous improvements into the manufacturing processes to drive short- and long-term solutions.

The Role:

Serve as the key Health and Safety competent person, ensuring all safety-related regulations are adhered to
Be based at the Corby office, with occasional travel to Essex and the USA
Ensuring high-quality standards in all aspects of production and testing
Assist with the generation, authorisation, and review of quality manuals and procedures
Meeting and exceeding customer expectations through quality assurance practices
The success of the company and its continued adherence to quality and regulatory standards
Facilitate management meetings, ensuring all relevant topics are discussed and actions are followed upThe Person:

Experience in a Compliance or Quality Assurance position
Experience in managing audits and certifications
