About the role
This role is QSC’s compliance training technology guardian. They set and enforce GxP usage requirements for all learning technology. They also serve as the learning operational expert and lead user of the GLMS in global quality This role also supports the day-to-day administration of learning systems and processes and serve as the LMS process owner for CH Quality The scope of this role will primarily support the areas of technical and compliance capability in Quality and Supply Chain.
Key responsibilities
Learning Technology management and expertise: Serve as compliance learning technology expert and point of contact for the GLMS and supporting satellite applications. Author and maintain compliance usage governance and compliance business continuity plan for GxP use of the learning management system and represent Quality (and QSC) on all configuration, change, governance, and changes (including annual update, URS, SRS) to the GLMS Develop and maintain effective collaboration and community with cross-functional teams regarding compliance usage of the learning management system, including communities of practice with central (non-compliance) learning technology, Tech and Veeva, EHS and HaPS, and all QSC/Quality Training Coordinators, with the purpose of driving continuous improvement, harmonization, issue identification and resolution, and simplification/modernization. Develop, maintain, and deliver or oversee training for compliance training coordinators Assess and advise on training needs and requirements to design and maintain curricula and training matrices for Quality Support Functions in the global Quality and QSC functions, including BU GMs, Category and Technical, and Above-Function Quality. Utilize modern training and sound compliance practices in developing and maintaining these curricula and training requirements Create and maintain performance indicators and monitoring practices to establish normalized metrics for compliance training usage and effectiveness across Haleon. In this activity, provide best practices for continuing to modernize these measurements in cooperation with Haleon central (non-compliance) and BU QSC teams Provide audit coverage expertise and advice for all reporting and data management activities for internal and external audits, including providing instruction to audit and Quality Training Coordinators and oversight of training records submittals to auditors and inspectors. When needed, provide back-up coverage to maintain business continuity for audit readiness Provide guidance and expertise in systems data management for GLMS, including interfacing activities with other quality systems (MERP, Veeva) and satellite applications (Scan). Assess and provide input to future system architecture, governance, and any future GLMS selections as needed to ensure Haleon maintains compliance and effective modern solutions.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
Degree in Information Systems Management or equivalent Substantial experience as a GxP training admin in the GLMS (TC1 or TC2 or equivalent) Experience in eLearning development and knowledge of adult learning principles (prefer 3+ years’ experience in learning design and delivery)
Preferred
GxP and/or regulatory training knowledge eCompliance and system validation/qualification experience Technical data management and database architecture experience Broad technical and GLMS problem solving experience Experience collaborating with global stakeholders, SMEs, Project Managers, and other functions Experience working with remote teams
