The Role

As theSupply Chain Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and optimise supply chain operations for the Germany business unit.
  • Develop and implement procurement and logistics strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve cost efficiency, delivery performance, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.


What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who:

  • Has proven experience in supply chain management, ideally within defence, aerospace, or similar high-tech industries.
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Is fluent in English and German.
  • Is based in Germany and willing to travel as required (approximately 20-30%).
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-working environment while maintaining strong communication with teams and stakeholders.
