Mazco Recruitment is proud to represent a cutting-edge precision engineering company in Portsmouth, seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join their skilled night shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on Formula 1 components and composite-based parts in a modern, high-spec workshop.

The Role:



Programming, setting, and operating CNC fixed head lathes

*

Working on twin spindle machines with Y-axis milling

*

Full cycle machining of F1-grade components and composites

*

Using Fanuc controls – strong experience essential

*

Maintaining precision and quality standards in a low-volume, high-spec environment

What We’re Looking For:

*

Proven experience as a CNC Turner in a precision engineering setting

*

Strong Fanuc programming skills

*

Confidence with fixed head, twin spindle lathes and Y-axis milling

*

Experience with F1, motorsport, or aerospace components is highly desirable

*

Ability to work independently during night shifts

Shift Pattern:

*

Night Shift: Full-time permanent

*

Premium rates + shift allowance
