£34,000-£41,000 depending on experience

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a CNC Setter / Operator to join a UK known manufacturer in the Oxford area!

With no day ever being the same the CNC Setter/ Operator will be working within an exciting and innovative industry that offers genuine long term progression.

Role & Responsibilities:

Manufacture complex components to a high standard
Setting and operating Goodway CNC machinery (lathes/mill-turn)
Carrying out manual quality inspections using hand held tools
Interpret and follow engineering and technical drawings
Maintain documentation and technical reporting

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experienced operating Fanuc machine controls
Ability to operate more than one machine
Experience in a high precision environment
Familiar with aerospace quality standards - and worked under them
Hand held measuring tool experience (bore gauges, callipers etc) would be desirable
