JOB DESCRIPTION:


The oversight requires you to design Computer Numerical Control(CNC)workflows and deploy codes of instruction. These instructions will control the tolerances, movement, and performance of a larger horizontal member of a structure that carries vertical loads and transfers the loads to columns and soil. Map materials in the specification using satellite imagery data geographically referenced in simulation. A team of three will deploy fully programmable codes to support the volume of materials in real-time network computation using specified tolerance:Areas to cover will include - Closed loop automation, workflow-based performance monitoring, measuring dynamic behavior during a test run. Design modifications for tolerances for all the steps needed to meet the organization goals. Our key aspects are to create a process for traceability, changes in magnitude, direction, and position in real-time. There will be a high-level review of classic engineering artifact management, traceability, and governance, controls and regulations in place that demand reporting-line procedures that need to be managed for track and trace.Areas to cover will include -wind loads, shaped loads, tolling loads, loading density, moment of inertia, tensile stress, bending stress, flanges, and web.


Areas where matters require attention:Prepare incremental plans for large instrumentation and data acquisition. The automatic discovery process will take care of finding all the communications endpoints and appropriately connecting them. We are a startup enhancing the formation of early stages of a product development project.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:This position requires the ability to communicate and exchange information, and utilize equipment necessary to perform the job.


ENVIRONMENT:This position will operate in the following areas of the organization[ROCKET FUEL] MISSION INTELLIGENCE DIVISION. Innovation, powering speed and space exploration in science systems.


Employees must be legally authorized to work in theUK. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.


QUALIFICATIONS, KEY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS SET:



  • Masters in computer science/computer engineering.
  • 10yrs+ experience in computer-aided design(CAD),CERTIFICATION (054R) - ADVANCED CNC PROGRAMMING CERTIFICATEis essential.
  • Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP)
  • Information Systems Security Architecture Professional(ISSAP)
  • Superior ability to design and implement MasterCAMsoftware andG-codeprogramming forCNCmachining simulation.
  • Solid experience with project planning, project management, experience in creating toolpaths, design and explore various usingCAD/CAMtools includingFusion 360, RhinoCAM, Mastercam, and SOLIDWORKS.
  • It’s prerequisite to be certified in one of the listed DoD 8570 Certifications.
