Experience required for a CNC Programmer Setter and Operator

  • CNC Machining and machine programming in HAAS
  • Proficient in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, for design purposes
  • CNC Machining setting and operating experience
  • Ability to interpret technical data, drawings and specifications
  • GD&T & CMM measurement report reading
  • Tooling and machine fixturing knowledge
  • Support the APQP and PPAP process

Duties for a CNC Programmer Setter and Operator

  • Assist the manufacturing team in the development of new methods and introduction of new products
  • Working for a precision engineering company dealing with all types of metals
  • Working in automotive, aerospace, marine industry

  • £17 to £18 per hour - could pay more depending on experience
  • Days - 7.30am to 4pm Mon to Thu and Friday 7.30am to 1pm
  • Based in Birmingham
  • Engineering background required
