Are you a skilled CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in 3-axis and 5-axis machining? Join a dynamic and growing components manufacturing company where precision, quality, and innovation are at the heart of everything they do.
I’m looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to help drive production efficiency and excellence in a modern machining facility. You’ll be instrumental in programming complex components used across a range of industries — from aerospace to automotive and beyond.
Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis machines using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar).
  • Collaborate with engineers and machinists to translate technical drawings and CAD models into efficient machining strategies.
  • Set tooling paths, work offsets, and fixture layouts for maximum efficiency and precision.
  • Troubleshoot and refine programs based on test runs and operator feedback.
  • Contribute to process improvements, tool selection, and machining best practices.
    Proven experience:
  • Proven experience programming CNC machines (both 3-axis and 5-axis).
  • Strong understanding of G-code, tooling, materials, and machining techniques.
  • Familiarity with CAM software and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and passion for precision engineering.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative production team.
