CNC Programmer (2 Month Contract)

On-site/Hybrid in Witney, Oxfordshire

I am supporting a leading engineering organisation in their search for a i skilled CNC Programmer to join their growing team.

The client is a leader in precision machined tooling for the motorsport, automotive, and aerospace sectors.

Overview

As a CNC Programmer, you'll be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, operating 5-axis CMS machines, interpreting technical drawings and CAD data, and ensuring the highest standards of precision in composite tooling and pattern work.

Responsibilities

Creating and optimising CNC programs
Interpreting technical drawings and CAD data
Ensuring the highest standards of precision in composite tooling and pattern work

Qualifications

Proven experience in CNC programming, machining, and milling
CATIA V5 experience preferred
Strong technical drawing interpretation skills
Familiarity with CAD/CAM technologies
Background in motorsport, automotive, or aerospace is a plus
Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset

Day-to-Day

As a CNC Programmer, you will work 40 hours a week, with flexible working hours between 7am and 7pm. Night shift is also an option.
