A well established precision engineering company are looking for an experienced CNC 5 Axis Miller Programmer, Setter to join their team in Basildon. The company produce high precision components to various industries including Aerospace, Motor Sport, Defence and Medical.

The Role - CNC 5 Axis Miller, Programmer, Setter
The company are looking for a CNC Miller with experience programming, setting and operating 5 Axis milling machines on Heidenhain or Fanuc controls. You will be producing prototype, one offs and low volume components.

Duties - CNC 5 Axis Miller, Programmer, Setter

  • Program, Set and Operate CNC 5 Axis Milling machines via Heidenhain or Fanuc controls. (DMG & Matsura)

  • Producing high precision components in one offs or low volume components.

    Requirements - CNC 5 Axis Miller, Programmer, Setter

  • Experienced programming, setting and operating CNC 5 Axis Milling machines.

  • Experienced in Heidenhain or Fanuc controls.

  • Experienced within a high precision manufacturing environment.

    Machines - DMG & Matsura

    Salary and Benefits -
    £19.00 - £21.00 per hour
    Overtime available
