  • Permanent day shift on a unique pattern that sees you work only a total of 12 day shifts every 4 weeks (28 days).

  • Excellent work life balance and flexibility on this unique system.

  • Very modern facility with brand new manufacturing machinery.

  • Located in the CV13 area.

    Salary: £28,652 to £33,276 per annum depending on experience. Overtime is paid in addition and readily available. 25 days holiday + banks.

    Hours: Averages 36 hours per week. 6:00am to 6:00pm in blocks of two or three days before a break (sometimes up to 5 days off between patterns).

    We are recruiting for a CNC Miller to join a rapidly expanding, established manufacturer that make special purpose components used within the aerospace sector.

    The CNC Miller job would suit:

  • An experienced CNC Miller with some operating / setting experience.

  • Any wider experience using lathes / mill turns would be a big advantage. The role is roughly 75% milling vs turning.

  • A CNC Machinist with knowledge of Fanuc or HAAS controls.

  • Comfortable with self-inspection of parts, using micrometres etc.

  • Setting and operating recently purchased CNC milling machinery and some CNC lathes.

  • Working to tight tolerances, machining a range of high value components.

  • Machining stainless steel materials.

  • Working to production targets and ensuring quality standards are met.
