Responsibilities for the successful CNC Machinist

• Operating multiple CNC machines
• Produce components to drawing tolerance and specifications
• Utilise a variety of inspection equipment and methods to validate product
• Work within a team to achieve departmental and business objectives
• Setting, running and understanding a mull turn lathe

Knowledge & Experience required for the CNC Machinist

• Competent in setting, running and understanding a mill turn lathe
• Experience in Mazak, Fanuc operating
• Demonstrate experience within a manufacturing / precision engineering environment

Skills & Qualifications for the CNC Machinist

• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work to instructions with limited supervision.
• Capable of working in a high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to read engineering drawings and specifications
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve departmental and business objectives.
