Our Offering

Competitive wages - up to $30.82 per hour + shift premiums (wage is assigned based on skill and ability and position); Eligible for medical and dental benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire; Regular increases, dependent upon performance, until top rate is reached; Opportunities for advancement into varying positions with higher pay scales; Up to 6% in Pension Matching Contributions, effective 60 days from benefits activation; An annual Defined Profit-Sharing Plan (dependent upon company performance); Employee Discount programs are available for all employees; Clean, bright and climate-controlled production areas.

Your Key Responsibilities

Sets up, programs and/or operates machines for production and assembly as assigned, assures and supports process release. Set up and/ or program the operating machine and check accuracy and effectiveness in test sequences. Oversee ramp up of machines after setup procedure. Operate the machines or support Operators in operating the machines. Cooperate with maintenance staff, if necessary. Check finished product/product component and submit for approval.

Your Qualifications

Skilled 3 to 5 years

OR

Vocationally trained 3 to 5 years
