We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking specialist nurse to join our sexual health team. Based in Slough, we are a busy level 3 sexual health service, with additional satellite clinics in Windsor, Maidenhead, Ascot, and Bracknell. We operate Monday to Friday, with one Saturday shift every 4 to 6 weeks.

Given the sensitive nature of the role, we are looking for candidates who are open-minded, non-judgmental, and capable of working in a highly confidential environment. Previous experience in family planning or sexual health within a GUM setting is desirable.

The post holder will be responsible for providing a high standard of sexual reproductive healthcare to patients accessing the sexual health service.

The post holder will be expected to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team offering holistic, non-judgemental sexual health care, demonstrating professional and ethical responsibilities, and building and maintaining good working relationships with all members of the multidisciplinary team.

The post holder will be expected to supervise and mentor junior staff and nursing students and take an active role in the leadership and management of the nursing team.
