We have a fantastic opportunity available to join the team as a skilled Front of House Team Member!

Amadeus is a multi-award-winning catering business with over 40 years of experience, operating at various venues including its’ home sites at the NEC, ICC, VOX, Utilita Arena and Resorts World Arena, as well as regional venues includingFarnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre, where you’ll be based.

Farnborough International is the go-to destination and organisation for the pioneers of today and tomorrow, famous for delivering world class air shows and events. An array of Exhibitions, Conferences and Events are hosted at the conference centre every year, such as The Farnborough Air Show, British Motor Show, Sporting events, Wedding shows and many more.

As Catering Manager, you will cover all aspects of catering operations on a day-to-day basis running numerous outlets situated across the venue. You will also need to support a wide range of hospitality events and conferences.

If you are a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent standards to our customers and excited to get off to a flying start, then we want you to hop on board.

In return you will receive training, great opportunities to progress and get to work with people who enjoy what they do and offer great and fast service to all their customers.

What you'll do:

Plate waiting and restaurant work Hospitality service Till operation and cash handling Hot plate & buffet service Tea & coffee service Bar and wine service

In this role you will be expected to:

Have good communication skills Be able to present a professional and efficient catering delivery to customers Work well in a team Resolve any customer challenges or ensure they are escalated in the appropriate manner Whilst not essential it would be great if you possessed food and beverage service skills, with experience within a catering environment A flexible approach is desirable as hours can vary each week depending on the nature and volume of the business, hours will include weekends, bank holiday and evenings, but we are dedicated to finding a flexible approach that works for you. Whether you have plenty of free time or can only manage the odd shift, we'd love to hear from you.

What we offer:
